Strategi Inovatif Penguatan Profesionalisme Guru BK di Kota Tegal: Sosialisasi dan Pendampingan Kurikulum Berbasis Karakter dan Deep Learning

Abstrak

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di SMA/MA Kota Tegal melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan terkait kurikulum berbasis karakter serta pembelajaran mendalam. Rendahnya pemahaman guru BK terhadap kurikulum berbasis karakter (35%) dan pembelajaran mendalam (30%), minimnya pendampingan yang sistematis, serta kesenjangan dalam pelatihan menjadi alasan utama pelaksanaan program ini. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, program ini melibatkan 37 guru BK melalui sesi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan (Z = -2,375, p = 0,018), di mana pemahaman tentang kurikulum berbasis karakter meningkat 17% (dari 65% menjadi 82%), penguasaan pembelajaran mendalam meningkat 20% (dari 58% menjadi 78%), strategi pembelajaran inovatif meningkat 16% (dari 62% menjadi 78%), dan integrasi teknologi digital meningkat 17% (dari 55% menjadi 72%). Program ini juga memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial guru BK serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan terpadu dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung pendidikan karakter serta pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang adaptif dan inovatif.
