Abstrak

Desa Jajar di Kabupaten Magetan memiliki potensi bencana banjir yang tinggi, namun kapasitas masyarakat dalam merespons krisis kesehatan akibat bencana masih terbatas. Kondisi ini meningkatkan kerentanan, terutama bagi kelompok rentan di tingkat komunitas. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk meningkatkan kapasitas penanggulangan krisis kesehatan berbasis komunitas. Sebanyak 40 peserta dari berbagai unsur masyarakat dan lembaga desa, termasuk PKK, forum desa tangguh bencana (Destana), karang taruna, perlindungan pasyarakat (Linmas), tenaga kesehatan, TNI/Polri, dan perangkat desa mengikuti pelatihan selama enam hari (40 JPL). Materi meliputi analisis risiko krisis kesehatan, penyusunan peta risiko, struktur komando tanggap darurat, serta topik terkait kesehatan dasar, gizi, kesehatan reproduksi, pengendalian penyakit, dan penyehatan lingkungan di pengungsian. Pelatihan menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, khususnya dalam penyusunan lima peta: peta ancaman, kerentanan, kapasitas, risiko krisis kesehatan, dan peta respon. Pemahaman peserta terhadap materi dasar penanggulangan krisis kesehatan juga meningkat. Dari delapan unsur peserta, empat unsur (Forum Destana, TNI/Polri, tenaga kesehatan, dan kader kesehatan) mencapai nilai post-test melebihi standar, sedangkan kelompok Linmas dan PKK masih di bawah standar. Partisipasi yang tinggi menunjukkan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam proses pembelajaran. Ketangguhan Desa Jajar dalam menghadapi krisis kesehatan akibat bencana meningkat, dengan kategori akhir “Tangguh Utama”. Pendekatan PAR terbukti efektif dalam membangun kolaborasi dan memperkuat sistem kesiapsiagaan berbasis komunitas
