Abstrak

Bencana banjir di Pontianak Timur masih menjadi ancaman utama yang berdampak pada lingkungan sekolah dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan budaya tanggap bencana dan nilai gotong royong melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) di SDN 11 Pontianak Timur. Metode dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan 50 siswa kelas VI, guru, serta pihak sekolah. Instrumen berupa pre-test dan post-test, observasi partisipatif, serta dokumentasi dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman siswa, dari 28% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 72% setelah sosialisasi, melampaui target 65%. Selain itu, kegiatan menumbuhkan sikap solidaritas, kepedulian lingkungan, dan partisipasi aktif siswa melalui penanaman pohon serta diskusi interaktif. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas sosialisasi partisipatif dalam memperkuat literasi kebencanaan dan membangun resiliensi berbasis sekolah dasar. Kontribusi utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah model edukasi kebencanaan yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan partisipatif, nilai kearifan lokal, dan praktik kolaboratif untuk memperkuat ketahanan masyarakat sejak dini.
