Model Pelatihan Pemanduan Ekowisata Berkelanjutan untuk Penguatan Kapasitas POKDARWIS di Desa Budo, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Sulawesi Utara

Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Budo, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Sulawesi Utara, dengan permasalahan utama rendahnya kompetensi pemanduan ekowisata berkelanjutan pada Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS). Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pelatihan pemanduan ekowisata berkelanjutan yang terstruktur dan berbasis partisipatif untuk memperkuat kapasitas individu dan kelembagaan. Kebaruan model terletak pada integrasi tiga komponen utama, yaitu penguatan konseptual ekowisata, praktik lapangan berbasis experiential learning, dan pengembangan narasi interpretatif yang mengangkat kearifan lokal sebagai identitas destinasi. Model ini juga dilengkapi dengan instrumen evaluasi berbasis pre-test, post-test, dan penilaian performa guiding. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 30% dan peningkatan keterampilan pemanduan sebesar 27%. Selain peningkatan kompetensi individu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan prototipe modul narasi interpretatif lokal dan memperkuat kapasitas organisasi POKDARWIS dalam mengelola wisata berbasis keberlanjutan. Model ini berpotensi direplikasi pada desa wisata dengan karakteristik serupa.
