Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Integrasi HOTS dalam Pembelajaran Kebijakan Fiskal bagi Guru Ekonomi MGMP Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten

MGMP Ekonomi Kota Tangerang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengintegrasikan HOTS dan mengontekstualisasikan materi kebijakan fiskal dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan implementatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, workshop penguatan materi, pendampingan penyusunan perangkat ajar, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test serta penilaian kertas kerja. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru dan perubahan praktik pembelajaran, ditandai dengan kemampuan menyusun soal analitis dan studi kasus kontekstual. Program ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kesiapan pedagogis guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS.
