Peningkatan Literasi Gizi Puasa Sehat melalui Pendampingan Partisipatif bagi Masyarakat Desa Ngraseh, Kecamatan Dander, Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Rendahnya penerapan prinsip gizi seimbang selama Ramadan, seperti kebiasaan berbuka dengan pangan tinggi gula dan lemak, melewatkan sahur, serta kurangnya asupan cairan, berisiko menimbulkan gangguan pencernaan, dehidrasi, dan fluktuasi glukosa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menyiapkan masyarakat agar mampu mengelola pola puasa sehat secara mandiri melalui peningkatan literasi gizi puasa sehat dengan pendekatan pendampingan partisipatif di Desa Ngraseh, Kecamatan Dander, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebanyak 52 partisipan berusia 40–55 tahun mengikuti siklus kegiatan selama 12 hari, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pengetahuan, rubrik partisipasi, dan observasi praktik makan sehat, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan naratif tematik. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku dan peningkatan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya literasi gizi puasa sehat, ditandai dengan peningkatan skor pemahaman dari <60 menjadi >70 serta praktik sahur dan berbuka yang lebih seimbang. Tingkat keterlibatan peserta tergolong baik, mencerminkan kapasitas mereka dalam menerapkan pola makan sehat saat puasa sudah mandiri. Pendampingan partisipatif terbukti efektif menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, keterlibatan aktif, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah gizi selama berpuasa. Implikasi praktis kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pembentukan kader lokal serta dukungan Puskesmas dan pemerintah desa untuk menjaga keberlanjutan literasi gizi puasa sehat.
