Abstrak

Pelatihan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) bagi Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) SMK di Kabupaten Kendal bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru BK dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan vokasi di era digital. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 guru BK SMK di Kendal dan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta kolaboratif, yang dilaksanakan melalui sesi luring. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup konsep pembelajaran mendalam, RPL BK, strategi guru dalam deep learning, integrasi kurikulum layanan BK di SMK, dan penguatan motivasi profesional. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test pada empat aspek utama. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan konsisten sebesar 19–20% di semua aspek: Konsep Pembelajaran Mendalam dan RPL BK (dari 58% menjadi 78%), Strategi Guru dalam Deep Learning (dari 62% menjadi 82%), Integrasi Kurikulum Layanan BK (dari 60% menjadi 80%), serta Penguatan Motivasi Profesional (dari 62% menjadi 81%). Uji paired t-test mengonfirmasi adanya peningkatan signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05) di seluruh aspek. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan strategi, kemampuan integrasi kurikulum, dan motivasi profesional guru BK. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung layanan BK berbasis teknologi dan meningkatkan kesiapan kerja serta kesehatan psikososial siswa SMK di tengah ketatnya persaingan pasar kerja.
