Anak dengan Down Syndrome memerlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan mereka untuk mendukung aspek kognitif, sosial, dan motorik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan play-based learning dalam kegiatan MBKM Proyek Kemanusiaan di Komunitas Peduli Down Syndrome (KPDS), Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga anak dengan Down Syndrome berusia 5, 9, dan 11 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan orang tua, checklist perilaku, serta catatan perkembangan selama kegiatan berlangsung. Aktivitas yang diberikan meliputi puzzle, tracing, permainan bola, meronce, cooking fun, serta kegiatan seni dan eksplorasi lingkungan. Hasil observasi dan catatan perkembangan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterlibatan partisipan dalam aktivitas, kemampuan mengikuti instruksi sederhana, koordinasi motorik halus dan kasar, serta interaksi sosial dengan fasilitator dan lingkungan sekitar. Temuan ini menggambarkan bahwa pendekatan play-based learning dapat menjadi salah satu cara memberikan stimulasi perkembangan anak dengan Down Syndrome melalui kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan bermakna.
