Edukasi Literasi Kehamilan dan Pencegahan Gangguan Kesehatan Reproduksi pada Santriwati Pondok Pesantren KH Wahid Hasyim Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan

Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan bagian penting dalam kesehatan remaja, khususnya bagi santriwati yang memerlukan informasi tepat mengenai perubahan reproduksi, kehamilan, dan pencegahan gangguan kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan santriwati mengenai literasi kehamilan dan pencegahan gangguan kesehatan reproduksi melalui Program Healthy Islamic Boarding School. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 30 santriwati tingkat sekolah menengah atas di Pondok Pesantren KH Wahid Hasyim Bangil, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Edukasi berlangsung selama 30–40 menit melalui penyampaian langsung secara interaktif dengan media PowerPoint dan leaflet. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest berupa 10 soal pilihan ganda dengan skor 0–100. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank. Rerata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 72,00 pada pretest menjadi 80,33 pada posttest, atau sebesar 8,33 poin, dengan perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik (p=0,029). Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan segera setelah edukasi. Kegiatan dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan promotif untuk memperkuat literasi kesehatan reproduksi santriwati, tetapi capaian yang dilaporkan terbatas pada perubahan pengetahuan dan belum menggambarkan perubahan sikap maupun perilaku jangka panjang.
