Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui Pembuatan Kombinasi Serbuk Daun Kelor dan Abon Ikan Lele sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting di Desa Baumata Timur

Stunting berkaitan dengan kekurangan gizi kronis dan berbagai faktor kesehatan terutama pada 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan, sehingga edukasi gizi berbasis pangan lokal penting untuk memperkuat pemahaman masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi pencegahan stunting melalui pemanfaatan daun kelor dan ikan lele serta mengevaluasi pengetahuan peserta menggunakan pre-test dan post-test lima butir pilihan ganda. Pre-test diikuti 29 peserta dan post-test 28 peserta; karena jumlah peserta berbeda dan pasangan individu belum tervalidasi, hasil dianalisis secara deskriptif. Rata-rata skor berubah dari 97,24 menjadi 95,00. Proporsi jawaban benar meningkat pada butir manfaat kelor (93,1% menjadi 100%), nutrisi ikan lele (96,6% menjadi 100%), dan pengolahan kelor (96,6% menjadi 100%), sedikit menurun pada penyebab stunting (100% menjadi 96,4%), serta menurun pada butir kombinasi kelor-abon lele (100% menjadi 78,6%). Hasil menunjukkan pengetahuan awal peserta sudah sangat tinggi sehingga terjadi ceiling effect. Edukasi mempertahankan pemahaman tinggi pada sebagian besar topik, tetapi materi dan instrumen terkait kombinasi kelor-lele perlu diperjelas dan evaluasi berikutnya sebaiknya menggunakan data berpasangan.
