Pelatihan Berpikir Kritis Melalui Penalaran Deduktif-Silogisme Kategoris dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus bagi Mahasiswa Keperawatan Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPNVJ Depok, Jawa Barat

Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan penalaran klinis mahasiswa keperawatan masih menjadi tantangan karena proses pembelajaran cenderung menekankan teori dan mengabaikan pemahaman sistem argumentasi dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis. Pelatihan ini menggunakan silogisme kategoris di dalam penalaran deduktif Aristotelian sebagai media untuk memperkecil kesenjangan tersebut. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan peserta pelatihan dalam membangun argumentasi klinis dan mendeteksi bentuk-bentuk sesat pikir yang muncul dalam sebuah penalaran klinis. Pelatihan ini mengadopsi pendekatan studi kasus yang melibatkan 35 mahasiswa Keperawatan Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat UPNVJ. Intervensi yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan meliputi pemberian materi tentang silogisme kategoris dan bedah kasus klinis selama 100 menit. Perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan kepekaan peserta dalam mengenali berbagai bentuk sesat pikir dalam penalaran klinis, meskipun pemahaman terhadap satu jenis sesat pikir, yaitu kekeliruan sebab-akibat, masih memerlukan penguatan lebih lanjut. Pelatihan ini terbukti bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa keperawatan sebagai bekal pengambilan keputusan klinis yang lebih tepat.
